- We understand sizing can be tricky, and that's why we created our size guide. If you are still unsure, you can contact us at tellme@therumeur.com at any time for personal assistance.
- If you need to make changes to your order, contact us at tellme@therumeur.com. We will do our best, but orders that are already packed for shipping cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Thank you for your return - it is surely well on it's way to us or already received, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once it has been processed. Before sending an e-mail about the status of your return, please allow 10 working days of handling time after we have received your return.
- Everything we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. - Yes, absolutely. All items, including swimwear and sale products, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

- There is no no need for a phone number, however if your local post office is not able to proceed without it, please contact us at tellme@therumeur.com.
- Taking good care of your swimwear makes it last significantly longer. Rinse it in cold water and dry in shade after every use. Do not wring the swimwear dry, but gently squeeze our the water. If your suit needs a proper wash, hand wash it gently. Do not use a tumble dryer.
